This song is so healing. No matter what you believe spiritually, you can find some kind of peace and connection in this song. The lyrics are poetic and the soft melody is like a gentle lullaby from the universe. The gospel choir in the end just gives me chills.

This song has always been very moving and this version really amps up the emotion of the song. I also saw this version performed live before the recording came out, so the song has a special place in my memory.

I had to pick one off of Ghost’s new album. I have been a fan for years. I like the sound of this whole album, it feels nostalgic and new all at the same time. As always with Ghost, the lyrics say more than you get with just one listen.
