Library Apps

Libby by Overdrive
Access e-books and audiobooks from the Sunflower eLibrary through this app. You can also check out magazines through Libby.

This easy-to-use interface lets you read Kindle books. You can check out Kindle books from the Sunflower eLibrary.

Hoopla
Borrow popular music, movies, TV shows, e-books, audiobooks and comic books. Watch, listen, or read instantly.

Check out from Blackstone's collection of over 6,500 audio books. Listen instantly with no holds or waitlists.

Our e-book and e-audiobook collections have different check out limits and loan periods than our print collection.

Sunflower eLibrary
5 items checked out at a time
5 Holds Place at a time
Renewals available 3 days before due date, if no holds exist on the item.
14 day loans on e-book and e-audiobooks

  • No overdue fees. Items return automatically. Patrons can return early through the Libby app or website.
  • Log-in to the Sunflower eLibrary and the Libby app using your library card number. Your pin is the last four digits of the phone number associated with your library account.

Hoopla
Limited to 10 check outs per month
Books, Audiobooks, Comics - 21 day loan
Movies & TV Shows - 3 day loan
Music - 7 day loan
BingePass - 7 day loan

  • Hoopla has no holds. Items are always available.
  • To set up a Hoopla account, you will need your library card number and an email address. The website or app will have you set a password that you will use when logging in to Hoopla.

Kansas State Library E-Books

The State Library of Kansas works with Kansas libraries to provide e-books and digital audiobooks for all residents. Several book databases are available such as cloudLibrary, Comics Plus, and Scholastic BookFlix.
